Coffee Vinaigrette Sauce

Delicious vinaigrette perfect for serving on salads or used to accompany beef, pork and prawns.

Serves 3-4  

Ingredients:

-  2 tsp Douwe Egberts Pure Gold dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water

-  ½  level tsp salt

-  2 tsp sugar, to taste

-  ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper

-  45ml sherry vinegar

-  100ml extra virgin olive oil    

Method:

- Put all the ingredients into a screw top jar and shake vigorously.

- Adjust the seasoning to taste.

- Keep in the fridge for up to 1 week in a non metallic container.
