Winter Sunrise
Winter Sunrise - the perfect cocktail for this time of year
- 25 mls white rum
- 10 mls peach schnapps
- 10 mls vodka
- 100 mls of Don Simon Orange Juice
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Couple of drops grenadine
- A few cloves
Method
Add all ingredients apart from the lemon juice and grenadine to a cocktail shaker, shake and strain into a tall glass. Top up with lemon juice and add a few drops of grenadine. Serve with curled clementine rind and 2/3 cloves if desired.
