Yogurt Brulee
A delicious dessert of convenience.

Ingredients
450g Rachel’s Organic Greek Style Honey Yogurt
2 heaped tbsp of dark muscovado sugar
100g fresh berries of your choice
2tbsp fresh grated coconut (optional)
Method
Spoon the honey yogurt into ramekins until half-full.
Stir in your choice of berries, such as blackberries, blueberries or raspberries to add flavour. Or for an added kick, stir in fresh grated coconut and mix with strawberries.
Once prepared, gently sprinkle dark muscovado sugar over the ramekin pots until fully covered.
Place under a pre-heated hot grill and heat through until the sugar is melted, bubbling and golden brown.
Leave to cool for 5 minutes and serve.
