Apple Muesli

Apple Muesli

Serves: 2
Preparation time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

6 tbsp jumbo porridge oats
150ml skimmed milk
1 apple
2 dessertspoons sunflower or pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp granular canderel sweetener
3 tbsp plain low fat yogurt
A few strawberries, halved
Extra sweetener


Method:

Put the oats into a bowl and add the milk.  Cover and set aside for 5-10 minutes. Can also be left to soak in the fridge overnight.

Grate the apple and stir into the soaked oats with the seeds and sweetener.  Divide between two bowls, add the yogurt and halved strawberries then sprinkle with extra sweetener.
