Joining forces with London based gourmet pizza delivery chain basilico, Lactofree has launched two of the country’s first lactose-free pizzas – the Pizza Buonissima and a lactose-free twist on the classic Margherita basilico.
In time for winter evening take-aways, you’ll be able to fall in love with the cheesy pizzas you’ve been longing for. And because Lactofree is real dairy, just without the lactose, your pizza can be enjoyed by everyone.
Made in basilico’s traditional wood fired pizza ovens, the Pizza Buonissima is dotted with Lactofree’s cheese and soft white cheese. It’s then topped with smoked chicken, roasted sweet red pepper, fresh rocket, cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Using fresh dough incorporating a unique blend of Italian milled durum wheats, the pizzas are available to order online and over the phone for delivery to homes or offices or pick up from one of its six London outlets.
If you can’t get to one of the outlets, then you’re in luck because you can make them at home! Simply visit lactofree.co.uk and all the recipes can be found there.
