The new range has three hot sauces, each catering for different tastes. They come in Chipotle & Garlic, Green Jalapeno and Yellow Habanero.
The Chipotle & Garlic sauce is a smokey medium-spiced sauce with a hint of garlic making it a perfect partner for marinating your chicken or brightening your burger.
The Green Jalapeno sauce is a tangy hot chilli sauce great for spicing up salsa or salads, or pouring over pizza.
Finally, the Yellow Habanero sauce is a fiery but sweet chilli sauce great splashed on fajitas or splashed into stir fries.
All three of the sauces are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives and the ingredients are sourced from the homeland of heat – Mexico!

Home-baked Pizza with Heinz Hot Sauce – Green Jalapeño
Serves: 6-8
Prep Time: 1 hour
Cooking Time: 20 mins
Ingredients: 1kg strong multi-grain flour or 800g strong multi-grain flour plus 200g finely ground semolina flour, a pinch of fine sea salt, 2 x 7g sachets of dried yeast, 1 tsp golden caster sugar, 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 650ml lukewarm water, 4 tablespoons tomato sauce, 8 fresh basil leaves, 10 thin slices of spicy salami, 85g mozzarella, olive oil, ground black pepper and 5ml Heinz Hot Sauce – Green Jalapeno
Method: Sieve the flour/s and salt on to a clean work surface and make a well in the middle. In a jug, mix the yeast, sugar and olive oil into the water and leave for a few minutes, then pour into the well. Gradually mix and knead until you have a smooth, springy dough.
Place the ball of dough in a large flour-dusted bowl and flour the top of it. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and place in a warm room for about an hour until the dough has doubled in size.
Place the dough on a floured surface and knead it around a bit to push the air out. Divide the dough up into as many little balls as you want to make pizzas – this amount of dough is enough to make about six to eight medium pizzas.
Spoon your tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Lay over your basil, then your salami. Place small pieces of mozzarella in between the gaps and drizzle with Heinz Hot Sauce – Green Jalapeno. Cook until crisp and golden.
