After a long hard day at work it can be tempting to ring the local Italian takeaway and get one of their delicious pizzas.
Unfortunately, as it is January it means we’re all on health kicks so pizza is out of the question. Or is it?
Ryvita have created these lovely mini pizzas that only contain 88 calories each and are super tasty!
The best bit? They take 5 minutes to make so you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen after returning home.
Here’s what you’ll need and how to make them, enjoy!
Ryvita Mini Pizza
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
8 slices Ryvita Original Crispbread
1 tbsp olive oil
8 cherry tomatoes
1 ball mozzarella
2 tbsp cut fresh basil
Black pepper
Method:
Sprinkle olive oil on top of crispbread
Slice the mozzarella into thin slices and arrange them on top of the cripsbread
Slice a few cherry tomatoes to add on top
Toast in oven (225°C) for a couple of minutes until mozzarella melts
Chop some basil and sprinkle on the top for a perfect finish
