If you’re not a massive fan of eating first thing in the morning then this is the perfect breakfast for you.
It’s packed full of healthy stuff and will set you up nicely for the day. It’s also really quick and simple to make, great for those who are always on the go.
Here’s what you’ll need and how to make it –
Vanilla Honey Yogurt Smoothie
Ingredients:
100ml semi skimmed milk
150g low fat natural yogurt
25g bran flakes
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp honey
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and drizzle over some extra honey to serve (optional).
Tips:
For a smoother texture, soak the bran flakes in the milk for 5-10 minutes in advance
