Full Moon Cocktail: Zubrowka Ginger Fizz
The full moon is expected to occur when the moon is exactly opposite the sun at around 10am (GMT) on 28 December. To celebrate the full moon during this festive season, Pawel has created the Ginger Fizz Full Moon Cocktail.
Zubrowka Ginger Fizz
Ingredients:
30ml Zubrowka
20ml Peach Puree
15ml Ginger & Chilli syrup
60ml Prosecco
Garnish:
Physalis and Bison Grass
Mixing instructions:
Combine all ingredients and serve in a champagne flute
