The French Mojito made with fine champagne cognac
Recipe
50ml Remy Martin VSOP cognac
1 lime cut in wedges
2 spoons of brown sugar
8 mint leaves
Soda Water
Method: In a tall glass lightly muddle the lime with sugar and the mint. Add the cognac, crushed ice and stir with a long spoon. Top with soda water.
Garnish: A mint leaf.
