Mums are always looking to feed their families in the best way they can. But as we all know, families can be fussy…not everyone has time to cook several different meals and pay attention to keeping everyone happy! So what recipes are there that work, ticking all the boxes for fibre, vitamins, minerals, proteins and carbohydrates?
Celebrity chef Lesley Waters has created four mouth-watering new spring recipes, each featuring different Nestlé whole grain cereals, in her role as chef on Nestlé Team Whole Grain 2009.
Best known for her appearances on Ready Steady Cook, This Morning and Great Food Live, Lesley says “I really enjoyed creating these recipes and I hope they demonstrate to busy mums the versatility of whole grain. The dishes I’ve created are deliberately slightly unexpected and show that whole grain can be incorporated into a wide variety of meals and snacks.
