This week, London Cocktail Week is back, and we're letting everyone in the capital know the best places to party.
Now in its third year, London Cocktail Week is descending onto the village of Seven Dials, Covent Garden, bringing with it some truly exciting events - from blending your own bottle of gin to visiting a gin library.
Lingerie shop Coco de Mer (23 Monmouth Street) will play host to a pop-up Cointreau bar, while at The Ginstitute (15-16 Thomas Neal Centre), you can help blend your own bottle of bespoke gin.
To kick off your celebrations, mix up this simple cocktail recipe:
Seven Dials Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
- 25ml Gin
- 35ml Freshly pressed apple juice
- 10ml Campari
- 10ml Grenadine
- 10ml Monin Pure Cane Sugar syrup
- 20ml Lime Top with champagne
Method:
- Shake the gin, apple juice, Campari, Grenadine, sugar syrup and lime with lots of ice.
- Next, fill a tall glass with more ice and pour over until the liquid comes about 3cm from the top.
- Finish off by topping with champagne.
