Colombia Coffee Fizz
Ingredients:
1 packet Starbucks VIA™ Ready Brew Colombian Roast (reserve a little for garnish)
1 egg white (approx. ½ oz/15ml)
1 oz (30ml) heavy whipping cream
1 ½ oz (45ml) dark rum
½ oz (1 tablespoon) Green Chartreuse
½ oz (1 tablespoon) simple syrup*
Cream soda
4-5 mint sprigs
*Combine equal parts granulated sugar & water, warm to melt into syrup.
Method:
Combine ingredients (except cream soda and mint sprigs) in a shaker and froth with a milk frother for 30 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Top glass off with soda, mint sprigs and reserved Starbucks VIA™ Ready Brew.
Beccacino
Ingredients:
1 oz (30ml) bourbon
½ oz (1 tablespoon) Cointreau
½ oz (1 tablespoon) Irish Mist whiskey liqueur
½ oz (1 tablespoon) amaretto
2 oz (60ml) prepared Starbucks VIA™ Ready Brew Italian Roast, cold
1 teaspoon grenadine
¼ cup (60ml) heavy whipping cream
Method:
Stir together the bourbon, Cointreau, Irish Mist and amaretto and pour into a martini glass. With a large spoon, carefully layer the prepared Starbuck VIA™ Ready Brew Italian Roast over liqueurs. Whip together the grenadine and whipping cream until slightly thickened and lines begin to form when whisk is pulled through. Gently layer onto cocktail.
Kentucky Coffee
Ingredients:
2 oz (60ml) whiskey
½ packet Starbucks VIA™ Ready Brew Italian
Roast
½ oz (1 tablespoon) fresh lemon juice
2 dashes lemon bitters
¼ oz (1 teaspoon) simple syrup*
Lemon twist
*Combine equal parts granulated sugar and water, warm to melt into syrup.
Method:
Shake ingredients well over ice in a shaker, strain into a chilled martini glass or over ice in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
