Mai Tai cocktail

Ingredients:

35ml Appleton Estate Extra Jamaican Rum

25ml Pussers Navy Rum

10ml Orange Curacao

10ml Orgeat (a sweet syrup with a predominantly almond flavour)

1 Lime

Slice of Orange

Sprig of Mint (to garnish)

Method:

  • Add the Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum, Pussers Navy Rum, Orange Curacao, Orgeat and the juice of half of the lime into your shaker
  • Shake vigorously
  • Half fill a Tiki style glass with crushed ice
  • Strain drink into glass, over the ice
  • Garnish the glass with a slice of orange
  • Add a wedge of lime and a sprig of mint to complete
