This week is National Curry Week, as well as London Cocktail Week (as you'll be well aware if you follow these food and drink pages).
If you've indulged to the side of excess in tasty Indian food, it's likely your mouth's a-burning right about now. So thankfully Bacardi have put together a refreshing cocktail with their OakHeart rum, to help cool you down.
The Curry Cooler contains delicious and fruity mango and orange juices, so you'll feel refreshed in no time, but the addition of alcohol means it's also perfect if you're enjoying London Cocktail Week in the capital.
Curry Cooler
Ingredients:
- 50mls BACARDI OakHeart
- 50mls Mango juice
- 25mls Orange juice
- Squeeze of lime juice
- Top with soda
Method:
- Simply build all ingredients in a highball tumbler, and you're ready to quench the firey burn of your curry!
