Anything spiced is always welcomed around this time of year and Bacardi are getting us into the spirit with these delicious cocktails made with its new spiced rum, Bacardi Oakheart.
Ho Ho Mojito
Ingredients
• 50mls BACARDI OakHeart
• 2 t/s caster sugar
• 6/8 mint leaves
• Squeeze of whole lime
• Top with ginger beer
Method
Put all ingredients (except soda) into a highball glass. Fill the glass 3/4 with crushed ice. Churn all ingredients together, top glass with ice, add a dash of soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Crimbo Collada
Ingredients
• 50mls BACARDI OakHeart
• 50mls Pineapple juice
• 12.5mls Amaretto
Method
Put all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, shake hard and strain into glass.
Mulled Rum
Ingredients
• 25mls BACARDí OakHeart
• 25mls Cointreau
• 50mls Red wine
• 50mls Hot water
• 1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
Method
Put all ingredients into a tankard, stir and serve, garnish with an orange slice.
