Ingredients
1 large cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced
3 tblsp sweetcorn
150 g (5 oz) tomato salsa
2 large tortillas
50 g (2 oz) Philadelphia Light with Garlic & Herbs
Instructions
1.Heat chicken, corn and salsa in a pan until heated through, stirring occasionally.
2.Spread one of the tortillas with the Cheesey Spread Garlic & Herb. Spoon the chicken mixture over one tortilla and top with the other.
3.Heat a large frying pan and add the filled tortilla. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over with a large spatula and cook the other side until golden brown. Slice into 4 wedges and serve with a large green salad.
