We all need to get our five a day but it can be tedious and boring, so what better way to cram them in then smoothies?
This blueberry and orange one has plenty of antioxidant properties and will give you your vitamin C boost to help fight infections and keep a healthy immune system.
Here's what you'll need and how to make it, enjoy!
Blueberry and Orange Smoothie
Takes: 5 minutes
Makes: 2 glasses
Ingredients:
200ml Ocean Spray 100% Juice Blueberry Blend
Juice of 1fresh orange
100g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
3tbsp low fat natural yogurt
Manuka honey, to taste
Method:
Place all the ingredients except the honey into a blender. Whiz until smooth. Add honey to taste and serve over ice.
Top Tip: For a richer, creamier smoothie add a scoop of ice cream or frozen yoghurt to the blender.
