Ingredients:
10g butter, melted
300g fresh raspberries
75g plain wholemeal flour
½ tsp baking powder
2 large eggs
300ml semi skimmed milk
8 tbsp granular Canderel
1 tsp vanilla extract
extra granular Canderel
Method:
Heat the oven to 200C/gas 6.
Brush the inside of 4 individual ovenproof gratin dishes with the melted butter, then divide the raspberries between the dishes.
Put the flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and sweetner into a large bowl and whisk together until smooth.
Pour over the fruit and bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed up and golden.
Dust with a little extra sweetner Serve warm.
