Avocado Milkshake

"Avocados are incredibly good for you, as well as tasting delicious.

"This shake is a lovely way to start the day, feeding you with vitamins, minerals and essential oils and filling you up so you don’t reach for the snack bars half way through the morning."

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Makes 600mls (2 tall glasses)

Ingredients

2 medium Hass avocados
250mls semi skimmed milk
100mls water
3 limes, squeezed
4 tsp sugar, or agave syrup (from all good health food shops and larger
supermarkets)
Pinch of salt

Combine all the ingredients in a liquidizer to a fluffy liquid and chill a little before serving.
