In our weekly feature on the ins and outs in women's sport, it was a weekend to remember for Vivianne Madiema as she helped Arsenal to win the Women's Super League and was then named PFA Women's Player of the Year.

Minjee Lee has added her name to the 2019 LPGA winner's circle after securing a four-shot win at the LA Open in California.
The Australian carded a final round three-under-par 68 at the Wilshire Country Club to win her fifth LPGA title and a winner's cheque of $225,000.
"Coming in, the first half of the year that I've had, I've been hitting it pretty solid and playing pretty solid," Lee, who will rise to No 2 in the world rankings, said. "I felt like it was close. I feel pretty good with this one."
South Korean Kim Sei-young was second with Americans Annie Park and Morgan Pressel tied for third at nine-under.
On the Ladies European Tour, Nuria Iturrios won the Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco to move to the top of the Order of Merit.
The Spaniard blew the competition away as she eased to a seven-stroke win on the back of a bogey-free closing 70, finishing at 13-under with Swedish pair Lina Boqvist and Caroline Hedwall tied for second.
"It’s amazing for me to win again here. I’m so happy to be here and I hope to keep it going," Iturrios, who won her second LET title, told the official LET website.
She added: "On the last hole, I told my coach, 'We are getting so close', and I was nervous but I think we did a great job. I just want to keep going and enjoy it now."
Football
What a weekend it was for Arsenal's Vivianne Miedema as first she helped the Gunners to win their first Women's Super League title since 2012 and then scooped the Professional Footballers Association (PFA) Player of the Year award.
First to Arsenal's title glory as they beat Brighton 4-0 in front of a record WSL crowd of 5,265 at the Amex Stadium.
Naturally it was Miedema who put her side on the way as she opened the scoring with her 22nd league goal after just six minutes. Katie McCabe, Beth Mead and Danielle van de Donk also found the net during the routine win.
Some bottle popping from Arsenal.
In other results, Manchester City beat Yeovil Town 2-1, Birmingham City moved third with a 2-0 win over Liverpool, Everton won a five-goal thriller as they edged Reading 3-2 and West Ham United won 2-1 away at Bristol City.
In case you were wondering about Chelsea, they were in UEFA Women's Champion's League action, but their participation in this year's competition is over after they were knocked out by defending champions Lyon.
After winning the first leg 2-1 at home, French giants Lyon strengthened their grip on the tie as Eugenie Le Sommer struck after just 17 minutes.
Chelsea hit back just after the 30-minute mark through a Ji So-Yun free-kick, but there was to be no fairytale end as the visitors held on.
Lyon will face Barcelona in the final after the Catalan outfit became the first Spanish side to reach the UWCL final following a 2-0 aggregate win over Bayern Munich.
After starting the second leg with a 1-0 lead, Barca doubled their advantage through a Mariona Caldentey penalty.
The final will take place on May 18 at Budapest's Ferencvaros Stadium.
And now back to the player of the moment, Vivianne Madiema.
The Dutch forward walked away with the PFA Players' Player of the Year award after scoring 39 goals in 46 appearances this season.
"I'm obviously really proud to represent my team here, we've had an amazing year, especially with winning the league," she said. "I'm just really happy I could help my team all season long with scoring goals and it means a lot."
Manchester City's Georgia Stanway was named Women's Young Player of the Year while England and City captain Steph Houghton2 received the PFA Merit Award.
Tennis
One of most fascinating streaks on the WTA Tour has come to an end as Petra Kvitova became the first player to win two tournaments this year. Before the Czech's success in Stuttgart, 18 different players had won the first 18 events of the season.
But it's now 18 and out after the world No 3 defeated Anett Kontaveit 6-3, 7-6 (7-2) to add the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix title to the Sydney International trophy she won at the start of the year.
Over in Turkey, Petra Matric claimed her first-ever WTA Tour title as she beat Marketa Vondrousova 1-6, 6-4, 6-1 to win the Istanbul Cup.
"It’s huge. I have no words, still. I’m full of emotions and I can’t believe I even managed to turn this match around," she said.
"Winning my first title is incredible, and it’s the best day of my career. I hope it’s going to give me more confidence in the rest of the season, and maybe win another!"
