Vanilla Valentine
What you will need: 50ml Carthy & Black Lemon Gin Cream Liqueur, 20ml white chocolate liqueur, 10ml vanilla syrup.
Method: Lace the inside of the glass with caramel sauce. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the glass and enjoy!
Strawberry Sweetheart
What you will need: 50ml Carthy & Black Original Gin Cream Liqueur, 20ml strawberry liqueur, 20ml strawberry aperitif or strawberry juice.
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a short glass, garnish with fresh raspberries and serve with Love Heart sweets!

Rhubarb Fling
What you will need: 35ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin, 15ml Cocchi Rosa, 15ml lemon juice, 7.5ml simple syrup, top with Fentimans rose lemonade or prosecco.
Method: Combine all the ingredients in a Collins glass, stir well and top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade or Prosecco!

There’s been a huge market for gin in the U.K over the past 12 months, so there’s been many new flavours and ways to drink it than ever before. From premium brands becoming well-known names to people who rarely drink alcohol, to stacks of new flavours on the scene, it’s fair to say that gin is one of the most popular alcoholic drinks out there right now.
We’ve had the pleasure of being able to try the Slingsby Rhubarb Gin for ourselves, and even with a tonic, it’s without a doubt the best rhubarb flavoured gin we’ve tried yet. Rhubarb gins are very popular amongst the flavoured gin scene, so there is a fair bit of competition to be at the top.
The Slingsby gin not only tastes luxurious, but is presented in a luxury manner. It comes in a beautiful box, that almost makes us not want to open the bottle - but we have to because we need to give it a try. It’s in a distinguished bottle that looks great in the cabinet, and is a fruity colour which makes us even more eager to try it.
