We all have moments when we wished we could listen to our intuition a little bit more.
At first, we may not feel comfortable to respond to our gut feeling especially when we are trying to make life important decisions. Allowing our feelings in all areas of our life, is often a hard thing to do. We feel confused by the number of choices, therefore lacking clarity and feeling stuck. We may throw ourselves into searching for external solutions instead of going inside and truly feel what we want from our life and health.
Instead of coming up with more and more ideas it is good to stop, feel and visualise. Monika Mateja – Intuitive Transformational Coach (www.monikamateja.com) believes that we can all listen more to our intuition and what it is telling us and why starting transformation with health is a good idea.
Our body is the best experimentation lab we have, yet we tend to ignore it looking for diets and solutions that may not serve us in the longer term. Processing the emotions is a big part of our health journey. When we learn to listen to our body more we are able to respond with kindness and respect not punishment and depravation.
With intuition we are able to create life long changes that serve us through the choices we make creating our own bespoke lifestyle that we love.
These seven ways may help you to intuitively step into the version of yourself that you love and respect.
1. Take more time to breathe and feel – closing your eyes and taking a deep breath has never felt so good to connect with your intuition. What do you want right now for yourself? Peace, feeling at ease not fight with the body? What do you want in the future?
2. Learn to respond to a thought – we can be in our head all the time; most of our thoughts are not facts so not true but they do create a certain feeling; journal your thoughts, how they make you feel, what kind of action you take and result you get.
3. Get curious – have you ever wanted to try eating more plant-based? Can you sustain your energy levels without caffeine? Can you ditch sugar for three days? Experiment and journal the way you feel and how your body feels.
4. Trust yourself – you may have tried different things in the past. Envision your own success by taking imperfect actions. Fall in love with the journey.
5. Focus on one thing – listen to your intuition and body and focus on one thing for a while that makes you feel better
6. Embrace failures – let go of perfection. Treat this as an experimentation and allow all emotions.
7. Embody the change – moving your body is such a good way to allow all the changes to sink in. Do you need to dance a little bit more? How about trying yoga for a change?
