Rufus Hound likes to dance naked.
The 'Cucumber' actor - who is set to participate in Comic Relief's Danceathon on March 8 - has confessed he loves stripping off before performing routines so he is free to perform his favourite move.
He explained: "What I like to wear when I dance is absolutely nothing. I'm with the ancient Greeks on this one, true movement only comes when one is at ones least inhibited.
"And, how else would I do the windmill?"
The 35-year-old star - who is taking part in the six-hour danceathon alongside former 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge Arlene Phillips, actress Chelsee Healey, 'Countdown' beauty Rachel Riley and 'It Takes Two' presenter Zoe Ball - admitted he is yet to start preparing for the challenge.
He said: "I have done absolutely no practicing for this event at all, I will end it in a sweaty heap where my muscles are contracted to the point where I am essentially one human knot."
The non-stop dance extravaganza has been organised in aid of Red Nose Day 2015 and will see over 2,000 fundraisers dance non-stop for six hours at London's Wembley Arena, with the style and teacher changing every 30 minutes to switch between 50s jive, 60s swing, 70s disco, 80s anthems, street dance, latin, hip-hop, Bollywood and West End Musicals.
Rufus added the danceathon is an "incredibly fun" way of raising money for such a deserving cause.
He told The Sun newspaper: "I've decided to take part in the Comic Relief Danceathon because it seems to me an incredibly fun way of people being able to hustle a couple of bob for Comic Relief. Some are given to sitting in a bath of beans, some are given to running endless marathons in endless days and others fancy a boogie."
