Rachel Stevens doesn't worry about her weight.
The 36-year-old singer was crowned FHM magazine's Sexiest Woman of All Time last year but said she has never felt pressure to conform to a particular body shape and didn't worry about shedding weight after giving birth to her daughters, four-year-old Amelie and 10-month-old Minnie.
She said: "I was quite fortunate [with my figure during pregnancy]; I put on weight of course, but I don't think it was excessive. After a baby, I don't think your body feels back to normal for a year or so, so I didn't put myself under any pressure. I eat healthily anyway - and it's not about being thin, it's about being physically fit."
As well as feeling easy-going about her size after giving birth, Rachel refuses to worry about her weight and doesn't own any weighing scales so is unable to see how heavy she is, even if she wanted to know.
She admitted: "I don't have scales! I think your body weight changes all the time from day to day, even just hormonally, so I don't bother with that, it's more about how I feel in my clothes."
The S Club 7 member added she has no qualms about what she eats, and is actually excited about making even more food in 2015 after her husband Alex Bourne was told he can't eat any foods containing gluten.
She told OK! magazine: "My New Year's resolution is to cook more. Alex has been diagnosed with Coeliac disease, he's totally intolerant to gluten, so I got a couple of cookbooks all about gluten-free food. So that's my resolution - I'm looking forward to it!"
