Nick Gordon has been summoned to appear in court to answer charges of reckless driving.
Gordon - the partner of Bobbi Kristina Brown, who remains on a life support machine in hospital after being found lifeless in a bath tub - has been told to appear at Fulton County State Court in Atlanta, Georgia at 9am on Monday (09.02.15), the Daily Mail newspaper reports.
Gordon, 25, was found driving his Chevrolet Camaro SS sports car at 82 miles an hour in a 35 miles an hour zone in November 2012 and is said to have put Whitney Houston music on his car stereo when he was stopped by police.
Meanwhile, it's been revealed Bobbi Kristina Brown was alone for "10 or 15 minutes" before her lifeless body was found.
Earlier this week, it was confirmed Gordon and her friend Max Lomas had begun searching for Bobbi after a cable technician visited the house and couldn't find her.
Max's attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, explained: "Nick was actually the one who answered the door for the cable man, and he was showing the cable man around.
"[Max] says that he knocked on her door and he didn't get an answer, so he went in and checked on her to see how she was doing.
"He's actually the one that found her, and he called for Nick, screamed for Nick, and then he immediately called 911.
"It seems like it might've been 10 or 15 minutes that she must have been alone... but we don't know at what point she actually ended up in the tub during that time."
