Lady Gaga is "praying" for Taylor Swift's mother.

Earlier this week, the 'Shake It Off' hitmaker shared the tragic news that her mother Andrea had been diagnosed with cancer and the 'Pokerface' star has reached out to the 25-year-old singer and her family.
She wrote: "God bless you and your mama and family, we'll all be praying @taylorswift13 (sic)"
Gaga is not the only celebrity to offer their well wishes to the singer. Jaime King posted on Twitter: "#PrayForMamaSwift We love you Taylor, Austin, mama and daddy Swift. (sic)" whilst Mindy Kayling wrote: "@taylorswift13 stay strong. Love to your Mom. (sic)"
Taylor announced the sad news on her Tumblr page and has urged people to ask their loved ones to get checked too.
She wrote: "For Christmas this year, I asked my mom that one of her gifts to me be her going to the doctor to get screened for any health issues, just to ease some worries of mine. She agreed, and went in to get checked. There were no red flags and she felt perfectly fine, but she did it just to get me and my brother off her case about it.
"The results came in, and I'm saddened to tell you that my mom has been diagnosed with cancer."
