Kendra Wilkinson has branded Hank Baskett a "monster".

The 29-year-old television personality - whose husband allegedly had an affair with a transsexual model earlier this year - blasted the former NFL player when he tried to tell her his side of the story.

She said: "I was like, oh my god. This is a f***ing monster I married. This is a f***ing crazy, sick f**k that I married.

"I mean, I just gave birth. I had post-partum blues!"

Hank, 32, openly admitted that fear had caused him to approach the situation wrongly.

He explained: "I handled this wrong. I immediately froze. I was scared.

"I felt like I was going to lose everything - my wife and my kids - because I couldn't tell my true story to her."

When asked by Kendra why he took so long to come clean, he added: "I didn't go to you right away because I was scared of where we had been in our communication and how you had already been telling me that marriage isn't for you, there's more out there for you.

"I didn't know how you would react to me talking to you like this."

Kendra appeared to be upset by her husband's comments.

In an exclusive clip from her reality show 'Kendra On Top: The Untold Story', obtained by E! News, she said: "See, that offends me. I look at myself as a person you can talk to. I feel like I'm a person -"

Hank interrupts, explaining: "You admitted for months you shut me off whenever I tried to talk to you."
