Kate Hudson will be "family" with Matt Bellamy for the rest of her life.
The pair - who called off their engagement in December after four years together - also own a wine company together and Kate has insisted nothing has changed in their business relationship since the split.
She said: "We're family for the rest of our lives, we have a beautiful baby and we love making wine. We'll continue doing it."
Kate - who has three-year-old Bingham with the Muse rocker - also spoke about the "unique" job she has as a winemaker.
She shared: "What's very different from making movies is that everything in wine is connected to nature. Your grapes can only be as good as your year.
"That is one of the things that makes it very special and incredibly unique. You are at the mercy of your crop, and I love that."
Meanwhile, the 35-year-old actress revealed she got the winemaking bug after being invited by her stepfather Kurt Russell to help harvest grapes in the Santa Rita Hills.
She told Wine Enthusiast magazine: "It was too much fun. It was something we enjoyed doing together, just a wonderful pastime and incredible creative experience."
