Justin Bieber has been ordered to work at a charitable foundation.

The 'Beauty and the Beat' hitmaker has been told to spend five days at MusiCares - an organisation devoted to helping struggling musicians with health and addiction issues - to satisfy the requirements of the labour order imposed on him after he was charged with vandalism earlier this year.

According to TMZ, Justin will help out at the Los Angeles-based facility painting walls and moving office furniture as part of his punishment for egging his former neighbour's house.

Although normal labour orders stipulate that people perform either trash clearing, graffiti removal or beach clean-ups, the 20-year-old star's service will take place at the foundation due to fears he would be mobbed on the street by fans and unable to complete the order properly.

Justin's lawyer, Shawn Holley, was present in court earlier today (10.11.14) to hear the verdict which ruled the singer has to complete the labour by February 10th.

The 'Boyfriend' hitmaker was also ordered to pay $80,000 in damages to his former neighbour after he pelted their home in Calabasas, California, with eggs causing around $20,000 worth of damage to the property.

A judge previously ruled that the singer take steps to control his temper and ordered Justin to attend 12 anger management classes.
