Joan Rivers' daughter Melissa Rivers has inherited $100 million.
The 'Fashion Police' host, who died from "predictable" surgical complications while undergoing a minor operation on her vocal cords last month, left the bulk of her estate to her only child and 13-year-old grandson, Cooper.
A source told UsMagazine.com that the 81-year-old comedienne bequeathed $75 million in cash and her luxurious $35 million condo on New York's Upper East Side to the devastated TV producer, 46, in her will.
But a source close to Melissa said: "It's no consolation for losing her mother so soon."
Melissa is taking legal action against throat specialist Dr Gwen Korovin, who was allegedly unauthorised to practise at the Yorkville Endoscopy Clinic in Manhattan where Joan passed away.
The New York City Medical Examiner's Office recently released a statement stating that Joan's brain had been starved of oxygen after she suffered cardiac and respiratory arrest on the operating table.
Following the news, Melissa wrote on Twitter: "In response to NYC's Medical examiner's report, we continue to be saddened by our tragic loss. No further comment at this time."
Joan died on September 4 and was laid to rest at a service at the Temple Emanu-El in Manhattan on September 7.
