Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale "both want the same thing."

The 'Baby Don't Lie' hitmaker, who has three sons, Kingston, eight, Zuma, six, and Apollo, 11 months, admits she is "really proud" that she and the British rocker, 49, have managed to stay married for 12-years.

Discussing the key to their long-lasting relationship, the 45-year-old star said: "I would say it's a long time. If I look back on the whole thing the one thing that's been constant is that we both want the same thing. We both want to be married. We both want to be good parents, and so I feel really proud of what we've done together and that we don't...You're gonna get me crying, no don't, I'm going to get all emotional! But I am really proud of it."

The blonde beauty - who is currently working on her third solo album - also admits she wouldn't be able juggle motherhood and her career without Gavin's support.

She told the 'Today' show: "Trying to divide my time between being a parent and song-writing is crazy. But I do have a lot of incredible people around me, helping me."

Gwen is set to perform her first solo concert in six years next month at Los Angeles' Orpheum, but she has to learn all her old songs again.

She explained: "I don't remember any of the lyrics."
