The 40-year-old television personality hasn't talked to her former 'Fashion Police' co-host since she was blasted by the 30-year-old star for making "outrageously offensive" comments about Disney star Zendaya Coleman on the E! show.
Guiliana said: "I haven't talked to [Kelly or Kathy Griffin] since the incident.
"There's nothing good that can come of trying to speak for them, [or guess] what they meant by their comments."
The star also admitted things on the show hadn't been the same since producers tried to reinvent the wheel following the death of Joan Rivers in September 2014.
She added to HuffPost Live: "When 'Fashion Police' came back on after Joan's death, it was the exact same format that they had created for Joan, but it couldn't succeed. She was so unique in the way she delivered comedy - the format was built around her."
The loss of Joan also hit Guiliana herself very hard and the star has previously admitted she "wept" for days after losing the star.
Writing in her new book 'Going Off Script', she said: "I wept myself to sleep.
"I spent the entire next day in bed, buried beneath the covers, crying until there were no tears left."
