Emma Bunton says motherhood has "completely" changed her.

The 38-year-old singer-turned-radio presenter admits her priorities changed the minute she fell pregnant with her sons Beau, now seven, and Tate, three.

Speaking to BANG Showbiz about motherhood, Emma said: "100 per cent your priorities change completely. For me as soon as I fell pregnant, you know, my boys are everything to me.

She also squashed rumours that she and fiance Jade Jones are planning to add a third child to their brood.

Emma said: "Not at the moment, no. I've got two wonderful boys who are growing up far too fast for my liking but my youngest is still only three and is like my baby. I'm definitely not thinking about that yet."

The former Spice Girl has teamed up with Pampers UNICEF's '1 pack = 1 vaccine' campaign to help eliminate maternal and newborn tetanus.

After visiting families in Madagascar as part of the cause, Emma admitted that seeing the mothers in the African country made her re-evaluate her approach.

She said: "I came home and spoke to my children about it - even though one of them is far too young! Things like that change your whole outlook. We take things for granted we really do . We moan about we didn't get the right ice cream when we are pregnant and all those things but it really puts things into perspective. It was life changing and something that I'm so glad I've experienced."

Emma is proud to be part of the '1 pack = 1 vaccine' campaign where for every pack of Pampers sold, Pampers donates the cost of one maternal and newborn tetanus vaccine to UNICEF.
