Chrissy Teigen is in talks to join 'Fashion Police'.
The 29-year-old model, who is married to R&B star John Legend, has reportedly joined the list of contenders to replace Kelly Osbourne, who quit the show last week after five years in the wake of co-host Giuliana Rancic's controversial comments about Zendaya Coleman's dreadlocks at the Oscars.
But a source claims the Sports Illustrated beauty, who has frequently sparked controversy with her outspoken posts on social media, faces stiff competition from pregnant 'Glee' star Naya Rivera.
The insider told UsMagazine.com: "Naya is talking to E! about being on 'Fashion Police'.They are really intrigued, especially since she was so controversial during her 'The View' appearances and got so much press."
Amber Rose has also been approached about the coveted job, but producers are still deliberating about what direction to take the series when it returns to E! later this month.
Another source said: "They are thinking they might just use subs the next few months, and not rush to make a decision."
News that the 31-year-old model, who previously dated Kanye West for two years until 2010, is being considered for the role is unlikely to sit well with her rival Khloé Kardashian, who is also said to be in negotiations.
The duo got into a heated war of words on Twitter last month after Amber blasted the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star's younger half-sister Kylie Jenner, 17, for dating 25-year-old rapper Tyga and branded her older sister Kim Kardashian West a "w***e."
