The 27-year-old actress, who has been married to the professional tennis player since 2009, admits they didn't celebrate the romantic holiday last Saturday.
The 'Grace and Frankie' star said: "I'm so boring. I'm the worst. I'll need to up my game next year."
Asked if she plans to watch the erotic film 'Fifty Shades of Grey' with her husband, the blonde beauty told E! News: "I feel like I don't have a choice because it's such like a cultural thing, but don't really feel like seeing it in theatres. I probably will see it On Demand so I could watch by myself at home."
But she claims Andy, 32, has never even heard of the best-selling novel which spawned the film.
She joked: "He's like, 'Fifty Shades of what?' "
Despite not being a fan of Valentine's Day, Brooklyn previously admitted she instantly knew Andy was 'the one' for her.
Speaking last year, she said: "Is it cliched to say, 'You just know?' You just do. I think it's someone who is a good teammate. You can have someone that you love, someone that you are super passionate about, and someone that is your perfect match, but that doesn't necessarily mean that they are a good teammate. Having someone to go to bat for you and with you is the biggest thing.
"He's just the most clever person I've ever met. He has such a quick mind, which at times can be incredibly frustrating because he's always quicker than I am. He's so clever, and his humour is very snarky. It always makes me laugh."
