Ashley Greene says upper-body strength "doesn't come easily" to her.
The 'Twilight' star has revealed she is working hard in the gym with her trainer Jason Walsh in a bid to improve the strength in her arms but insists it's a "difficult" process.
She told Women's Health magazine: "I woke up this morning so sore. I'm working with my trainer, Jason, on improving my upper-body strength because for me, like a lot of women, it doesn't come that easily.
"I still have a tough time with pull-ups, so I'm working on jumping and pulling my body up and pulling my knees to my chest. It's really difficult for me. I'm determined to get better at it but my arms are sore!"
The 28-year-old actress also likes to watch what she eats but has admitted her biggest vice, when it comes to food, is pickles.
She said previously: "I try to eat relatively clean. That being said, part of the benefit of being active is that I kind of can eat whatever I want from time to time. Before photo shoots, I have to cut back on the sodium. I'm not really a sweets person, but I love pickles.
"They're always sitting in my fridge. I was talking to my friend, I was like, 'I don't have a problem with anything else, but I really just want to eat one of those pickles and I can't do it.'"
