Ariana Grande has acquired a new puppy called Sirius Black.
The 'Love Me Harder' singer posted a photo of the pooch on her Instagram account and revealed she has named it after the fictional godfather in the 'Harry Potter' series, because of his dark coat of fur.
Captioning the image, she wrote: "sirius black newest member of the puppy posse ......... the puppy breath is out of this world i am going to be the edie beale of dogs (sic)."
The puppy is the latest four-legged friend to be welcomed into the star's home, as she already has six-month-old rescue dog Cinnamon - which she welcomed in December - as well as Fawkes, Coco, Toulouse and Ophelia.
While the 21-year-old chart-topper is yet to explain how she came to own her latest pet, she has previously been outspoken about the need to adopt unwanted animals.
Introducing pitbull pup Cinnamon last year, she wrote online: "She will be safe, spoiled and loved unconditionally!!!!!! absolutely shatters my heart how somebody could toss an innocent creature aside like that. nothing hurts my heart more. we love you so so much Cinnamon. welcome to the grande family my babe #adopt (sic)."
However, while Ariana claims to have equal love for all of her canine companions, she recently revealed she has a particularly special bond with her one-year-old Labradoodle, Ophelia.
She admitted: "i love all my pups equally but I really do think toulouse and I are connected on a soul level. (sic)"
