Wyclef Jean, rapper has been mistaken for Will.I.Am, Black Eyed Peas star that many times that he now wants to record an album with him.Wyclef has even come up with a quirky publicity campaign - the two can pretend to be each other.The former Fugees singer is certain many reporters would have no idea the pair had swapped places.He says, "When I wear my hat, I'm always mistaken for Will.I.Am. He does look like one of my brothers."I told him, `We need to do a record where I'm telling people I'm Will.I.Am and you're telling people you're Clef.'"
