Veteran actor William Shatner looks set to add chat show host to his ever growing resume after signing up to interview celebrities for upcoming U.S. TV programme Shatner's Raw Nerve. The former Star Trek and T.J. Hooker star will interview fellow actors and politicians on the half-hour show, to air on the Biography Channel. Television bosses have already lined up 13 episodes of Shatner's Raw Nerve, to air in 2008. In a career spanning over fifty years Shatner has worked as an actor, musician, author, producer and director. He currently stars as attorney Denny Crane in The Practice and then it's spin off Boston Legal. For this role he has won an Emmy and a Golden Globe.Despite this success Shatner has long since been labelled as difficult to work with former Star Trek co-stars George Takei and James Doohan, who both openly admitted to despising Shatner, claimed he was arrogant, egotistical and a line-stealing showboater. However despite these claimes Shatner is still in high demand appearing in more recent movies including Miss Congeniality and it's sequel, and voiced characters in Over The Hedge and The Wild.
