Wayne and Coleen were hoping to paper over the cracks in their marriage by taking a nice holiday to Dubai, but according to eyewitnesses the couple had a huge bust-up instead.
The pair are currently basking in one of the worlds finest hotels whilst Wayne recovers from an injury and celebrates his 25th birthday as well a his mega bucks deal with Manchester United, but on-lookers saw the couple have a furious row.
One holidaymaker told The Sun, "It was a sad scene. We're fans and wanted to go over and say hello, but staff stopped us. I don't know how it happened, but a glass was accidentally smashed as they argued."
Yikes, it looks as though the childhood sweethearts still have a long way to go before they're back to those brilliant white smiles that once graced to cover of OK! Magazine.
