A burglar who broke into the home of N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos is expected to escape a jail sentence.
Anthony Smith, 22, pleaded guilty to breaking into the British singer's home in Watford, England, after a night of drinking and taking sleeping pills.
Smith, who has 23 prior convictions, was arrested after authorities matched his DNA to blood on broken glass at the property.
But at St Albans Crown Court on Friday (20Aug10), he was ordered to wear an electronic tracking device after pleading with Judge Stephen Gullick to give him another chance.
He will be sentenced on 8 October (10), when he is expected to receive a suspended sentence or a community order.
