Gary Lightbody, singer/songwriter and the frontman of popular band Snow Patrol, has spoken out about the difficulty of creating their new album.
Snow Patrol's last album, A Hundred Million Suns, was released in 2008 and Lightbody told British radio station XFM how his writers block is slowing the creative process.
He says ""I've been having some trouble writing words, little bit of writer's block, but the music is flowing." Fans shouldn't worry though as the album is definitely on the way.
Gary went on to say "There are four or five songs that are sounding like singles. Whether they're hits or not is up to the public but they are sounding like things I would hear on the radio."
