Sandra Bullock's representatives have moved swiftly to dismiss reports the actress' estranged husband Jesse James has more than a dozen homemade sex tapes featuring the estranged couple.
The actress walked out on James and left the couple's marital home in March (10), when allegations first broke that he had been unfaithful with a string of women.
She has yet to comment on the scandal, but online reports suggesting James possesses a graphic sex tape he could possibly use as leverage in a divorce case have prompted her aides to speak out.
Bullock's rep tells People.com, "There is no sex tape. There never has been one and there never will be one."
Jesse - who has publicly apologised to his wife and admitted he deserves "everything bad" which may come from his "bad judgement" - is currently in rehab receiving treatment for sex addiction but is keen to save their marriage.
The revealations come just weeks after Sandra Bullock picked up her fors Best Actress Oscar for her performance in The Blind Side.
