Rod Stewart, Scottish rocker’s youngest son was caught up in the middle of a health scare after he was rushed to hospital with a fever in Florida. Stewart and his third wife Penny Lancaster’s son, Alistair, 2-years-old, was taken into a local hospital in West Palm Beach on Sunday (06Jan08). The toddler was examined by doctors four an hour before confirming he had a chest and ear infection. He was discharged with a course of antibiotics to fight the ailment.His mother, Lancaster says, “Alistair is responding well to the antibiotics at home.”
