Regina King denies engagement rumours
Actor Regina King has dismissed reports that she is planning to wed the former The Crosby Show star Malcolm-Jamal King, insisting they are not engaged.
The pair have been pals since the 1980s, and King has admitted their friendship has since taken a romantic turn.
However, the Ray star insists the rumours that they are soon heading up the alter are completely false.
She tells Essence magazine: ""Malcolm and I have a lot in common. We've both been child actors and were also blessed to be raised by incredible mothers who instilled good values in us.
"Things are maturing nicely. But no, we're not engaged."
King has a son 15, from her previous maariafe to Ian Alexander Sr, however they split in 2006.
