Briefs in the imminent Phil Spector murder hearing would like the judge to permit evidence from the music makers ex-partner, who asserts he aimed a gun at her on two different occasions.Spector is accused of fatally shooting actress Lana Clarkson four years ago (03) at his suburban mansion in Los Angeles. The 67-year-old has pleaded not guilty. But prosecutor Alan Jackson believes the testimony from Spector's old girlfriend demonstrates "long history of gun-related violence directed at women".Devra Robitaille worked at Warner Spector Records from 1974 to 1977 and claims Spector aimed a shotgun or rifle against her head when she tried to leave his home one night after a party.According to court documents, she says, "Spector, who was drunk, made some sort of joke and then said, 'Just so you know, I'll blow your (expletive) head off' or 'If you try to leave, I'll blow your (expletive) brains out.'"She claims he also put a gun to her head after a night of drinking 10 years later. The prosecution's request will be considered at a hearing on 10 April.
