Maya Rudolph is expecting her third child.
Pregnant actress Maya Rudolph, is keeping the gender of her baby a secret, even from herself.
The comedienne, famous for starring on Saturday Night Live, is expecting her third child with director Paul Thomas Anderson later this year, and has said she enjoys “waiting nine months for a surprise”.
Taking about the pregnancy in an interview with Access Hollywood, she said: “I’m excited. The exciting part is not knowing who’s coming. You have to wait nine months for a surprise, but then it’s a good payoff because it really is a surprise.
The actress, due to star in the upcoming Judd Apatow film Bridesmaids, is already mother to two daughters, Pearl, born in 2005, and Lucille in 2009.
She added: “The sonograms don’t help, because you always try to see the babies face, and my babies usually cover their face with their hands in all their ultrasounds.”
