Mariska Hargitay has raised more than $2 million for the Joyful Heart Foundation. The Law and Order star held a gala on Tuesday to raise money for sexual abuse victims. The star-studded event showed support from Hilary Swank, Maria Bello, Alec Baldwin and Hugh Jackman. Hargitay founded the Joyful Heart Foundation in 2004 to help empower survivors of violence and abuse. The gala took place at the Musuem of Modern Art in New York and featured performances from rocker Patti Smith and Counting Crows Adam Duritz. Courtney Love also gave at speech.
