Sally Kellerman
M*A*S*H actress Sally Kelleman has spoken of her fear of flying, after several of her latest flights had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
Kellerman was forced to pull out of a promotional trip to New York in September and she lost her luggage on the rescheduled flight,
Kellerman claims that the gods are trying to stop her from boarding. She told WENN: "I had a dental operation for implants which took a lot of months to heal. I woke up that morning and I looked like Miss Piggy; my face was all swollen. And I said to myself, 'I'm going!' I was a little uncomfortable but the pain wasn't excruciating. I said, 'I'll just pull my hair over it and tell jokes or something.' "
"But I got on the plane and the stewardess comes up to me and says, 'I don't think you should fly like this,' and I told her I'll be fine. I was out of my mind and I just couldn't believe I was gonna miss out on this trip. Finally they said, 'The pilot wants to talk to you.' He said, 'Whatever you're feeling now will be 10 times worse when we get in the air. You'll be in excruciating pain and I'll have to land the plane somewhere in the middle of the country. You just can't do this.'
